How to Use
There are three type of Users.
  • a) Administrator (WCD User).
  • b) Department (Nodal User).
  • c) Anonymous user
a) Administrator (WCD User).

WCD user can see all department complaints. In WCD dashboard there are five section

  • All.
  • Disposed.
  • Pending.
  • Statistical Report.
  • New.

All : In this case admin can see all department disposed and pending complaints and search the complaints year, month and date wise.

Disposed : In this case admin can see all department disposed off complaints and search the complaints year, month and date wise.

Pending : In this case admin can see all department pending complaints and search the complaints year, month and date wise.

Statistical Report : In this case two report are there.

Related Report : Admin can see department wise total report.

Not Related Report : Admin can see department wise report with complaint number and department name. Admin can take action and forward the complaint to related department.

New : In this case admin can see all department new complaints which is created before 15 days from current system date and search the complaints year, month and date wise.
b) Deapartment (Nodal User).

Deapartment user can see all complaints of that particular deparment which is logged in. In Deapartment dashboard there are four section

  • All.
  • Disposed.
  • Pending.
  • New.

All : In this case deapartment user can see all disposed and pending complaints and search the complaint year, month and date wise.

Disposed : In this case deapartment user can see all disposed off complaints and search the complaints year, month and date wise.

Pending : In this case deapartment user can see all pending complaints and search the complaints year month and date wise.

New : In this case deapartment user can see all new complaints which is created before 15 days from current system date and search the complaints year, month and date wise.

c) Anonymous user:

Anonymous user registered your complaints only. When anonymous user will submit your complaint then anonymous user will get the Complaint number in your email id which is given the Register Your complaint form.
